Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for custom and personalized orders.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight via DHL Express. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.

Processing Time All XO Studio pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
